Parametric Boat Dock: with Miro Rivera Architects & Drophouse Design

Utilizing a half-dozen 3D modeling programs and a considerable amount of fabrication skill, the parametric boat dock was an exercise in meticulous oversight. There were over a thousand components that needed to be assembled, and the boat dock's curving, irregular form meant that no two parts were identical. The execution of the project was as much an exercise in organization as it was parametric design and fabrication.
